We’re working with a leading educational organisation set in a stunning campus that’s hiring a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the pastoral care of young learners, offering day-to-day support that ensures every child feels safe, cared for, and ready to learn.

?? As a Receptionist, you will:

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for students, parents, and staff
  • Provide general support for everyday queries such as timetables, lost property, and wellbeing concerns
  • Deliver a high level of administrative and reception support, particularly during key times in the school day
  • Administer basic first aid and manage student medical records
  • Liaise with parents and pastoral staff to support student welfare and emotional needs

?? What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in an administrative or customer facing setting.
  • A calm, empathetic, and proactive personality with a strong sense of initiative
  • Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple priorities
  • A current First Aid qualification (or willingness to gain one)

?? Term-time only, full-time hours (Monday to Friday), with some flexibility required.
