Objectives:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Conduct initial interviews to determine candidate suitability for specific roles and company cultures.
- Client Collaboration:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements.
- Provide guidance on crafting compelling job descriptions that reflect both the role and the organization's culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Process Management:
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, and manage negotiations as needed.
- Candidate Experience:
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, offering career guidance, interview preparation, and job search support.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining transparency and professionalism.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to better understand the job market and talent landscape.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
 Experience:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment ‘360’: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology sectors.
- Industry-Specific Hiring: Demonstrated success in recruiting for specialized roles such as digital marketers, sales executives, operations managers, and technical.
