Your new company is a local authority based in Liverpool.
Your new role
Your new role as Clerk of Works will require you to oversee a number of projects, including building fabric upgrades/refurbishments. The role sits outside the scope of IR35 and, as such, can be paid through LTD company.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need experience in a similar role with experience of managing contractors, reading detailed technical drawings and writing reports.
