Location:Â Liverpool Branch
Hours: Full Time, 7am – 4pm Monday - Friday, with reduced hours (9am – 3pm) during school summer holidays
Term:Â Permanent, 4 days office based, 1 day working from home
Start Date:Â Candidate dependent
Package: £25,000 - £28,000 minimum within first year (combination of base salary and commissions)
Vision for Education Liverpool is looking to appoint a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Secondary division, working with schools across Merseyside. The Role
At Vision for Education, we pride ourselves on providing an unrivalled service to both schools and teachers.
You will act as a key link between schools and candidates. The role is varied, fast-paced, and rewarding, including:
- Working with a large and loyal client base across Merseyside, including schools that work with us exclusively
- Using sales, business development, marketing, and networking to grow your desk
- Visiting schools to build and develop strong working relationships
- Developing a deep understanding of your schools’ ethos, culture, and staffing needs
- Using social media to advertise roles, build your personal brand, and attract top talent
- Headhunting and proactively sourcing candidates
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for vacancies
- Managing interviews, reference checks, and compliance
- Preparing and submitting CVs and candidate profiles
- Organising and briefing candidates ahead of interviews
- Using our Salesforce system to manage client and candidate activity
- Supporting client schools with sponsored events and initiatives
