Salary: 26,208 per annum
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Temporary (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. Based in Liverpool with hybrid working arrangements, this is an excellent opportunity to support a busy recruitment function and gain valuable experience within a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from advertising roles to onboarding new starters

  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, booking rooms, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain accurate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Support with pre-employment checks including references, right to work, and DBS checks where required

  • Respond to general recruitment queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with the creation of job adverts and posting across relevant platforms

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment systems or databases
