We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Stans Restaurant & Grill at the iconic Titanic Hotel, Stanley Dock, Liverpool.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you must be able to support and deliver first class service and strong leadership, whilst maintaining strong customer service at all times.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the management of the day to day restaurant operations within the hotel
- Training and development of the team
- To provide a first class service to all guests
- Ensuring all sales activity is monitored in line with company policy
- To monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements
You will be a hands on Assistant Restaurant Manager supporting the Restaurant Manager you will have the ability to thrive in a busy service environment, whilst developing a strong collaborative team in order to add value to the business.
The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have a solid hospitality background with good supervisory/assistant management experience within Hotels and will have ideally worked in a similar sizedproperty.

What we are looking for in our Restaurant Manager;
- At least two years experience at supervisory level in a busy, quality 4/5 star hotel
- Has the ability and experience to train a strong & engaged team
- Strong food and wine knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player who can motivate and inspire the team to perform ensuring goals are achieved
- Self-reliant, has drive and determination to succeed
- Flexible, adapts quickly and positively to new situations
- Sets and strives to achieve high personal performance standards
- Understands and achieves all departmental sales, revenues & hotel monthly & annual set targets
