- Pay: Competitive, paid to scale
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Develop differentiated instruction strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Inspire critical thinking, creativity, and a love for literature and language in students
- Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Stay up-to-date with educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth
Experience, Training, and Qualifications:
- Teaching qualification with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Previous experience in a UK school
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable, but not essential as some training will be provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for teaching and motivating young learners
Eligibility Requirements:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced Child Barred List DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or willingness to process a new application)
- Two professional references
