Maths Teacher Start Date: 1st September 2025Location: Crosby, Merseyside
Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in the Crosby area on a full-time basis/4 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a supportive and welcoming school community.
About the Role:
- Position: Maths Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
- Start Date: 1st September 2025
- End Date: July 2026 (with potential to extend)
- Type: Full-Time, Secondary School
- Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
- Additional Duties: Willingness to provide general cover when required
What We're Looking For:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4
- Strong classroom management skills
- A proactive, flexible approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Additional Information:
- Long-term role from September 2025 to July 2026
- Opportunity to go permanent at the end of the contract if desired
- Alternatively, continue as a supply staff member through Prospero Teaching
