Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in West Derby (L12) to recruit a Maths Teacher for a long-term role, Monday to Friday. This position, starting in January, is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and committed Maths Teacher who is keen to support young people in achieving their full academic potential. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of a permanent position with the school.

To be considered for the Maths Teacher position, the school have requested:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, or relevant teaching experience in secondary Maths

• Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 Maths

• A positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills

• Confidence delivering engaging and accessible maths lessons to pupils aged 11–16

• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a wider school team

• Willingness to undertake any in-house training provided
