Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Differentiate teaching strategies to support the needs of all learners
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support
- Maintain excellent behaviour management to ensure purposeful learning
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialism in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality science teaching and inspiring young learners
