What will you get up to?

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the busy Soho pop-up store, managing a team of agency staff alongside core team members
• Drive weekly sales targets (averaging £30,000 to £50,000) while ensuring exceptional customer experience
• Maintain high standards in-store, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that lives up to the brands online buzz
• Support a team structure that includes shift leads and agency staff, ensuring smooth operations and consistent training
• Protect and nurture the team culture and values, fostering positivity, accountability, and fun
• Manage stock, supply chain processes, and compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and brand standards
• Champion the brands identity, bringing creativity and passion to a fast-paced environment
