  • Contributetothedevelopmentofschemesofwork,curriculumplanning,anddepartmentalinitiatives.
  • Fosterapositiveandinclusivelearningenvironmentthatsupportsstudentsinachievingtheiracademicandvocationalgoals.
  • Participateinwiderschoolactivities,meetings,andprofessionaldevelopmentopportunities.

CandidateRequirements

  • QualifiedTeacherStatus(QTS)oranequivalentrecognisedteachingqualification.
  • AdegreeorrelevantqualificationinHealthandSocialCareoracloselyrelatedsubject.
  • PreviousexperienceteachingHealthandSocialCareat[KS4/KS5/BTEC/ALevel]isdesirable.
  • Strongsubjectknowledge,excellentclassroommanagement,andacommitmenttohighstandardsofteachingandlearning.
  • Agenuinepassionforeducationandsupportingyoungpeopletosucceed.
  • Acommitmenttosafeguardingandpromotingthewelfareofchildrenandyoungpeople.
