At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as contract managerThe post holder will be responsible for the day to day activities and delivery of the Hull City Council Extra Care PFI Project, a 25 Year partnership between Riverside and Hull City Council (“the Project”) across the three sites. Have a good understanding of the core values of social care and an understanding of the extra care model, also you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring contracts across all areas of service delivery, this includes all elements of Housing Management and some responsibility for Facilities Management contracts. Ideally in this role you will lead on the PFI Contract Management including a responsibility for information and reporting requirements in line with a Project Agreement, this will include working with internal teams to mitigate the risk of any financial penalties. About youWe are looking for someone with:
  • An experience of PFI contract Management. 
  • Relevant experience of delivering a housing management service with a contractual focus either with a housing association or local authority.
  • Experience of working within a reporting structure, using technical and analytical skills.
  • Experience of leading and motivating staff demonstrating continual improvement.
  • Have a good level of commercial awareness.
