Support vulnerable adults, families and young people (from 16years) to prevent them losing their accommodation as the customers you work with will be facing challenges and may be at risk of becoming homeless. Ideally in this role you will resettlement support to those moving into independent living from either commissioned temporary accommodation services and/or those placed in emergency temporary accommodation by Housing Options ServiceAbout youWe are looking for someone with:•    Knowledge of Psychological or Trauma Informed approaches to support•    An understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups and individuals with complex needs. •    An understanding of the current UK Benefit System and working knowledge of Universal Credit•    Team player with a caring, empathetic, flexible and have a resilient, can-do attitude.•    Excellent time management and communication skills•    The ability to demonstrate initiative and the confidence to make and act on decisions.•    Competent administrative and IT skills and ability to produce reports and other communications.Why Riverside?At Riverside, we’re a housing association with a difference – enhancing the everyday for all our customers.
