To support the MASH Team in delivering timely and effective safeguarding interventions. You will assess referrals, work with partner agencies, and provide guidance and support to families, ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing.

• Conduct thorough MASH screenings within 24 hours to respond quickly to safeguarding concerns

• Participate in daily briefings and MASH strategy meetings, contributing professional insights

• Collaborate closely with partner agencies to share information and produce informed assessments

• Provide interventions, guidance, and support to children and families to improve outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records in line with local and national safeguarding standards
