Description
- Be in house ServiceNow SME
- Work alongside partners when needed
- BAU issues
- Oversee the overall management and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure the platform aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead and support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Monitor platform performance and address any operational issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain documentation for platform processes and configurations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams as required.
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Profile
Must haves:
- 3+ years ServiceNow experience
- Strong communication skills
