Key Responsibilities:-
Support children with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions

Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Support pupils' emotional, social, and personal development

Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and external professionals to ensure consistent support

Previous experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)

A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A calm, patient, and flexible approach to working with children

A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
