SEN Teaching Assistant - Liverpool

Are you a compassionate individual who loves helping children overcome challenges in their education? We're seeking a dependable and nurturing person to join an outstanding SEN team in Liverpool this September for a full-time, long-term position.

Your Experience & Skills:

We require at least 6 months of experience in a UK classroom setting. Your skills should include:

  • Assisting students with special educational needs during class and in individual sessions.
  • Fostering student participation and emotional health.
  • Keeping detailed records of student progress and conduct.
  • Building strong rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience assisting children with SEN in a UK school environment.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (current or ready to be obtained).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • A dedication to inclusive learning and professional development.

Note: We can only consider candidates with the right to work in the UK and the required experience.
