Tasks

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.* Encourage active participation and build student confidence.* Assist students with behavioral challenges and learning development.* Support with classroom activities, displays, and creative tasks.* Develop positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.

Skills

* Experience working with children in a school or SEN setting.* Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).* Legal right to work in the UK; full-time availability.
