What You'll Be Doing in the Role:
Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
Delivering small group intervetnions
Supporting SEN pupils on a 1:1 basis
Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
