What youll do:Support pupils with additional needs including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex learning needs
Work 1:1 or in small groups, helping students stay regulated and engaged
Assist with personal care, behaviour support, and daily routines
Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and inclusion teams
Be a calm, consistent presence who makes a real difference
