Your Mission:

As a SEN Teacher, you'll plan and teach lessons suited to pupils with ASD, ADHD, SLD, PMLD, and other complex needs. You'll build trust, celebrate small victories, and be a daily source of support and inspiration.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Deliver P Scales-aligned lessons tailored to individual learning styles
  • Build confidence and consistency for students with SEN
  • Create an environment where every learner feels valued
  • Assist with care routines if required

Must-Haves:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • An Enhanced DBS (registered or willing to register)
  • Proven SEN classroom experience in UK schools
  • Excellent communication and classroom leadership
  • Full-time availability from 8:30 to 3:30, Monday to Friday
