Are you a compassionate and committed teacher with a passion for inclusive education? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team in Knowsley, where every child is supported to reach their full potential.

Our school caters to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and structured environment where individual learning needs are recognised, respected, and celebrated.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils with EHCPs.
Use a wide range of teaching strategies and interventions to support progress in learning, communication, and personal development.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including support staff, therapists, and external agencies.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence and independence.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and support ongoing improvement.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching pupils with SEN in either a mainstream or specialist setting.
A deep understanding of inclusive practice and how to personalise learning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
A resilient, patient, and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
