Your Role:As an SEN Teacher, you'll deliver tailored lessons that accommodate a range of additional needs, such as Autism, ADHD, SLD, PMLD, and other complex profiles.
Your Key Duties Will Include:
- Creating and adapting lesson content according to individual learning levels
- Teaching with reference to P Scales and SEN frameworks
- Establishing trust and positive rapport with pupils
- Using effective behaviour strategies in a caring and inclusive manner
- Assisting with personal care when required, always maintaining respect and discretion
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
- Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous experience in a UK SEN setting
- Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm)
