Your Role:As an SEN Teacher, you'll deliver tailored lessons that accommodate a range of additional needs, such as Autism, ADHD, SLD, PMLD, and other complex profiles.

Your Key Duties Will Include:

  • Creating and adapting lesson content according to individual learning levels
  • Teaching with reference to P Scales and SEN frameworks
  • Establishing trust and positive rapport with pupils
  • Using effective behaviour strategies in a caring and inclusive manner
  • Assisting with personal care when required, always maintaining respect and discretion

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
  • Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one)
  • Previous experience in a UK SEN setting
  • Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
  • Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm)
