The Role:

We're looking for an inspiring educator with a background in SEN teaching. You'll work with children facing challenges such as Autism, ADHD, SLD, PMLD, and complex needs, creating a safe, empowering space where learning thrives.

What You'll Do:

Craft tailored lessons that meet students where they are
Use creative strategies aligned with P Scales to boost engagement
Create a calm, inclusive classroom environment
Encourage growth, confidence, and independence
Provide personal care when needed, with respect and empathy

You Bring:

QTS and SEN experience within the UK
An active Enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one)
Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
Immediate availability for full-time hours( 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
A compassionate, flexible mindset and strong behaviour management
