The Role:

We're looking for an inspiring educator with a background in SEN teaching. You'll work with children facing challenges such as Autism, ADHD, SLD, PMLD, and complex needs, creating a safe, empowering space where learning thrives.

What You'll Do:

  • Craft tailored lessons that meet students where they are
  • Use creative strategies aligned with P Scales to boost engagement
  • Create a calm, inclusive classroom environment
  • Encourage growth, confidence, and independence
  • Provide personal care when needed, with respect and empathy

You Bring:

  • QTS and SEN experience within the UK
  • An active Enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one)
  • Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
  • Immediate availability for full-time hours( 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
  • A compassionate, flexible mindset and strong behaviour management
