The Role:-
Full-time teaching position within a supportive SEN setting

Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs

Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team

Monitoring progress and maintaining thorough, up-to-date records

Managing behaviour with empathy, consistency, and clear communication

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification

Have a keen interest in or Experience working in an SEN environment (schools or specialist provisions)

Strong classroom management skills and a flexible, resilient approach

A passion for supporting children with additional needs

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
