Our client, is a growing main contractor specialising in the hotel and residential sector, and is looking to bring in a forward-thinking individual to join their Liverpool-based team.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone eager to develop within a supportive and experienced environment, working on small domestic projects to start, with full exposure to larger commercial schemes alongside seasoned Contract Estimators.

Role Overview:
As an Assistant Estimator, you'll be responsible for:
Pricing small works and domestic projects valued between £130K - £700K
Supporting the pre-construction process, from tender through to handover
Working closely with senior estimators on larger, high-value schemes
Assisting in the preparation of cost plans, tender documents, and subcontractor enquiries
What They're Looking For:
A junior or assistant-level estimator looking for long-term career growth
A graduate Quantity Surveyor with 1 - 2 years' experience
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
Interest or experience in domestic/residential construction preferred
A team player ready to become a key part of the company's future growth
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £40,000 depending on experience
