Castlefield Recruitment is seeking a Rent Finance Officer for a not-for-profit organization in Liverpool, initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension and hybrid working options.
The role involves processing rent refunds, housing benefits, and conducting rent reconciliations, along with assisting in month-end processes and liaising with stakeholders.
Candidates should have experience in the public sector in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on rent experience being highly desirable.
Strong transactional experience and attention to detail are also important for this position.

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a not-for-profit organisation in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a Rent Finance Officer to their team for an initial 3 months with the potential for extension and also offering hybrid working.

Duties:

Processing rent refunds and housing benefits, including any overpayments
Carrying out rent reconciliations
Assisting with month end: reconciliations, accruals and prepayments etc
Assisting with rent setting process
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Experience:

Experience working in the public sector in a similar position - Rent experience is highly desirable
Strong transactional experience will be considered
Strong attention to detail and having an eye for errors
