The Role:
- Managing a small team of logistics coordinators
- Building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders including shipping lines, hauliers, and internal operations teams
- Monitoring KPI performance and implementing process and procedures
- Holding 1-2-1's and providing feedback using coaching methods and PDP's
- Acting as a key part of the leadership teams
