As Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Handle customer/ client enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate vessel space bookings
  • Collaborate closely with various internal departments
  • Manage online booking processes

Working Hours:FT hours. Monday to Friday. Shift pattern between 10am- 7pm / 2pm - 10pm dependent on team
