The Role:
- Looking after the company's premium customer base
- Main point of contact for customer queries
- Liaising with internal departments in order to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Dealing with invoice queries
The ideal candidate:
- Available at short notice
- Customer focussed and able to cultivate strong working relationships
- Experience of shipping or logistics preferred but not essential
- Happy to work on a temporary basis initially
