With a strong pipeline of exciting projects and an award-winning team culture, they're looking for a talented Bid Writer to help win new business and showcase the best of what they do.

As Bid Writer, you'll play a central role in the work-winning team - crafting compelling, persuasive, and high-quality tender responses that reflect the company's values, experience, and technical excellence.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit persuasive, client-focused responses for PQQs, ITTs, and RFPs

  • Collaborate with Directors, Estimators, and project teams to gather input and evidence

  • Ensure content is tailored to each opportunity, aligned with client expectations and brand voice

  • Develop and maintain a library of case studies, CVs, and template responses

  • Track deadlines, manage submissions, and support bid strategy meetings

  • Support post-submission clarifications and feedback reviews



What We're Looking For:

  • Strong writing and communication skills with a flair for storytelling

  • Experience in bid writing within the construction, property or FM sectors (preferred)

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and deadline management

  • Ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling content

  • A proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork
