Finance Assistant - Part Time, Flexible Hours

What You'll Do

  • Manage invoicing for product dispatches and projects
  • Maintain and reconcile ledgers, produce statements, and monitor payments
  • Process purchase invoices, resolve supplier queries, and prepare payment runs
  • Handle bank reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, and expense processing
  • Support payroll preparation and month-end reporting
  • Contribute to accurate management accounts and financial analysis
