Production Operative - Pallet Repair
Location: Livingston
Hours: Full-Time - Monday to Friday, rotating weekly between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
Pay: 12.50 per hour, rising to 13.30 after training, plus regular overtime at enhanced rates
Join one of the UK's leading timber processing companies at our Livingston site. We're looking for hands-on, reliable individuals to join our pallet repair team as Production Operatives. If you've got a good work ethic and enjoy practical tasks, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Inspecting and repairing wooden pallets using hand tools and machinery
- Following clear repair guidelines and quality standards
- Sorting and grading pallets for reuse or recycling
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or repair work - or transferable skills from another hands-on role
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges
