Civils Supervisor

Job Title: Civils Supervisor - Groundworks & Civil Engineering
Job Type: Full-time

Role Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Civils Supervisor with strong groundworks and civil engineering experience. You will lead site teams, manage daily operations, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise groundworks and civils crews on-site
• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials
• Ensure safety, quality, and programme compliance
• Act as main on-site contact for management and subcontractors
• Read and work from technical drawings and method statements
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe site

Requirements:

• Proven experience in groundworks and civil site supervision
• Valid CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS
• Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards
• Full UK driving licence
