Salary: Negotiable
Working as a Health and Safety Coordinator:
- Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for Health & Safety
- Monitor and evaluate each department, using the skills matrix to ensure training is prioritised in accordance with business needs
- Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborating with management on H&S statistics and KPIs
- Ensure adequate provision of first-aid and welfare facilities, as well as a safe working environment without risk to health
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working within a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant qualifications (or working towards these)
- A flexible approach
- Extensive knowledge of health and safety
