As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance on critical manufacturing plant and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues across heavy machinery.
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to diagnose faults and implement fixes quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with a team of engineers and report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Maintain safety protocols while working at heights or within confined spaces when necessary.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Time-served apprenticeship or similar relevant qualifications in electrical maintenance.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within the manufacturing industry (preferably with heavy machinery).
• Strong fault-finding skills, with the ability to quickly assess and resolve electrical issues.
• Ability to work safely at heights and within confined spaces as required.
• A proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement.
