We are seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer to ensure the smooth running of all electrical aspects of a manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement projects.

Description
- Ensuring the smooth running of all electrical aspects of the plant
- Performing routine maintenance and repair tasks
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects
- Complying with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals
- Participating in shift work including nights and weekends
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly
- Keeping detailed records of work performed
Profile
- A degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering
- Experience working in an industrial / manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- An excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
- The ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The willingness to participate in shift work
Job Offer
- A competitive salary £54600 including shift allowance
- Shifts are 4 x on, 4 x off (6am-6pm Days and 6pm-6am Nights)
