Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer- 3 Week Rotation

First Achieve engineering recruitment are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to join our client on a 3 week rolling rotational shift pattern in Livingston. Our client are a world leading manufacturer of Nickel, Titanium and Steel alloy forgings for the aerospace, defence and energy sectors team.

Applicants must be time served in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline, with an HNC in an Engineering related subject being desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responding to breakdowns and carrying out preventative and predictive maintenance activities on manufacturing plant and equipment.
  • Have a proven track record of fault finding with the ability to read technical drawings.
  • To assist with the successful introduction of new/modified parts, equipment and tooling.
  • To assist with undertaking risk assessments and re-assessments
  • To undertake additional training within work area in line with the company needs.
  • To ensure the upkeep of team boards and the completion of administration as
    required.
