Key Responsibilities:
- Perform both scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.
- Keep precise records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.
- Diagnose and resolve faults, always ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- 17th, or 18th edition qualification.
- Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Full UK driving license.
- Prior experience working within Facilities Management or Building Services.
