Job Title: ExperiencedOccupational Therapist

Location:Livingston

Start Date:ASAP

End Date:Ongoing

• Functional assessments and care plans for people in the hospital and community
• Discharge with follow ups in the community
• Car Driver
• 35-40 an hour
• Work hours: 8:30 TO 16:30 inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid break
• Total hours per week: Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day. Total : 37.5 hours/week. No working on Bank holidays or weekends.
