TSR Legal are pleased to be partnering with a well established, forward-thinking law firm with deep roots in the North Wales region who are looking to appoint a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2–4 years PQE) to join their well-regarded property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid conveyancing experience to step into a high-quality caseload, working with long-standing clients on local high-net-worth (HNW) property transactions — including bespoke homes, rural estates, and coastal properties.

The Firm:

Our client is a respected regional firm with offices in Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. With a longstanding reputation for excellent client service and professional integrity, the firm advises generations of families and high-value private clients across North Wales.

You’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit team that prioritises quality over volume and fosters a supportive and collaborative working culture.

The Role:

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, predominantly for private clients and HNW individuals. The role includes handling:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • High-value residential and second home transactions
  • Transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Title investigations and unregistered land
  • Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and private client advisors

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (2–4 years PQE)
  • Confident managing a varied conveyancing caseload independently
  • Experience or interest in HNW and bespoke property work
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong local knowledge of the North Wales property market (advantageous)

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary package based on experience
  • Opportunities for progression and further development
  • Supportive team with strong referral networks
  • Established, loyal client base
  • Modern working environment with flexible working options considered
