The Recruitment Co. is recruiting for "Sales Executive - Bespoke New Homes" to join our client's family-run property development company, passionate about building more than just homes.Hours of work: Full Time, including weekends.Salary: Up to 35k depending on experienceContract: Permanent Role Overview:As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our buyers and play a crucial role in guiding them through a highly personalised and exciting journey. This is far more than a transactional sales role - you will be helping buyers bring their dream home to life. You'll work closely with them to understand their needs, present the full range of customisation options and help them navigate every step of the process with clarity, enthusiasm and care.Key Responsibilities:

Buyer Experience & Sales Journey

  • Provide an exceptional and personalised welcome to all visitors to the marketing suite, delivering a red-carpet experience from day one.
  • Build rapport and trust with each buyer, understanding their needs, lifestyle and preferences to recommend suitable house types and customisation options.
  • Guide buyers through the full buyer journey - from enquiry to reservation, selections and completion - ensuring they feel informed and supported at every stage.
  • Host viewings of show homes and available plots, demonstrating expert knowledge of every house type and available specification.
  • Present and explain our bespoke offering, including the wide range of finishes (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tiles, etc.) and possible floorplan alterations (within reason), making sure the buyer feels involved in shaping their home.

Product Knowledge & Presentation

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all house types across our developments (3, 4 & 5-bedroom homes), including layout, features and optional upgrades.
  • Enthusiastically present the differences and selling points of each home, tailoring your pitch to the buyer's personal needs and preferences.
  • Keep up to date with build progress, plot availability and site logistics to provide accurate information at all times and manage purchase expectations.
  • Ensure the show homes and marketing suite are impeccably presented, reflecting the quality and attention to detail our brand is known for.

Sales Progression & Coordination

  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors and the construction team.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, appointments and plot reservations using our internal CRM system.
  • Coordinate and support the buyer with their "choices" appointments, ensuring all choices are submitted in line with construction "call-off" timelines.
  • Provide updates and reassurance to buyers during the build and be present at key handover stages including snagging and completion.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between the buyer and the construction/site team to ensure bespoke requests and agreed changes are communicated clearly and delivered where feasible, within the requisite timeframes.
  • Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to ensure accurate plot availability, pricing and promotional activity (including pushing content across social media platforms)
  • Offer input and feedback on the buyer journey to help us continuously improve our offering and maintain our high standards.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for delivering excellence at every stage of the sales journey.
  • Confidence discussing design and layout options, with a willingness to learn our product inside out.
  • Strong organisational and admin skills, with attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for every buyer's journey.
  • Flexible and reliable, including working weekends and adapting to the needs of the business and buyers.
