Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the secondary curriculum as required.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implementing strong behaviour management strategies to ensure a focused and respectful atmosphere.
- Adapting teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Following school policies and procedures.
- Providing constructive feedback to students and the school as appropriate.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified Secondary Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Possess strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Be adaptable, flexible, and able to work across different subjects and year groups.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Have a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: 166.23 per day
