What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering pre-planned lessons with confidence and enthusiasm.

Employing strong classroom and behaviour management techniques.

Adapting quickly to new school environments, routines, and age groups (Foundation Phase to Key Stage 2 and Secondary).

Fostering a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all pupils.

Providing valuable feedback on the day's activities to the school's leadership.

Who We're Looking For:

A fully qualified Primary or Secondary Teacher (QTS) or NQT with a genuine passion for working with children.

A professional with excellent classroom management skills and the ability to command respect.

An adaptable and resilient individual who can thrive in a variety of school settings.

A strong communicator who can build rapport with staff and pupils quickly.

Pay Rate: 166.32 per day (Teachers)

Location: Carmarthenshire
