Working alongside the Branch Manager, you will be an integral part of the senior management team in the branch, helping drive forward the sales and profitability of the business. This Assistant Branch Manager role is a great opportunity with great potential to develop within the company in the future. As with most Assistant Branch Management positions, the role entails sales team supervision as well as overseeing the operational side of the business too.

To avoid disappointment though, please bear in mind you should have some form of operational / supervisory experience as well as ideally some sales experience too, and this must come from the construction supply industry.
