Seymour John are proud to be working with a well-established organisation to recruit an Administrator to join their team based near Welshpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to support the HR and Health & Safety functions in a varied and rewarding role. Reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager, you’ll play a key part in improving systems and maintaining accurate records across the business.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will:

  • Provide administrative support, inputting and collating data into a centralised system.
  • Help bring together all Health & Safety records into a single source of truth.
  • Track and manage future training requirements for colleagues.
  • Assist in designing and shaping the future process for tracking and managing Health & Safety materials.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys improving processes. You will have:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • An interest in Health & Safety or compliance (not essential).
  • Confidence working with technology, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
