AsanHGVDriverTeamLeader,youwillplayacrucialroleinoverseeingtheoperationsofourdrivingteam,ensuringthatalltransportactivitiesareexecutedefficiently,safely,andincompliancewithcompanypoliciesandlegalregulations.

Youwillberesponsibleforleadingandsupportingateamofdrivers,providingguidanceandtrainingwherenecessary,andensuringhighstandardsofservicearemaintainedatalltimes.

Yourleadershipwillhelpfosterapositiveworkenvironment,promotingteamworkandcollaborationamongdrivers.WithyourstrongknowledgeofHGVoperationsandregulations,youwillmanagetheschedulingofdeliveries,troubleshootingissues,andmaintainingexcellentcommunicationwithdispatchersandotherdepartments.

Lead,motivate,andmanageateamofHGVdriverstoensureefficientdeliveryoperations.

Developandimplementdrivingschedulesandroutestooptimizedeliverytimelines.

Conductregularperformanceevaluationsandprovideconstructivefeedbacktodrivers.

Ensurecompliancewithalltransportregulations,safetyprotocols,andcompanypolicies.

Providetrainingandsupporttonewteammembers,fosteringacultureofcontinuousimprovement.

Monitorvehicleperformanceandcoordinatemaintenanceandrepairsasneeded.

Handleanyissuesthatariseduringtransport,includingdelays,accidents,andcustomerconcerns.

Requirements

ValidHGVdrivinglicense(CategoryCorCE)withacleandrivingrecord.

ProvenexperienceasanHGVdriver,preferablyinasupervisoryorteamleaderrole.

Strongknowledgeoftransportregulationsandcompliancerequirements.

Excellentorganizationalandtimemanagementskills.

Effectivecommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withanabilitytomotivateadiverseteam.

Abilitytoworkflexiblehours,includingweekendsandholidaysasneeded.

Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytomakedecisionsunderpressure.
