We’re looking for Relief / Cover Support Workers to join our supported living teams in Holyhead, with flexible hours to fit around your life – whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or occasional shifts.

The Support Worker Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll help the people we support live life on their terms – whether that’s shopping, visiting family, heading out on trips, or taking part in their favourite hobbies. You’ll be working across a number of supported living homes in Holyhead on a flexible 24/7 rota including day, evening, weekend, and sleep-in shifts.
You Don’t Need Experience – Just the Right Attitude
- We’ll give you all the training you need. What we ask for is:
- A caring, patient, and positive approach
- Willingness to be flexible with shifts
- A full UK driving licence (you’ll need to drive mobility vehicles)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to see beyond behaviours and support individuals with empathy and respect
