The Role
As a Wedding Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in guiding couples through the booking journey. From the first enquiry to securing the final “yes,” you’ll be converting leads into confirmed bookings, achieving sales targets, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with enquiries via phone, email, and external portals to secure venue tours.
- Showcase the venue to couples and highlight how it can bring their dream wedding to life.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Lead Wedding Sales Consultant to deliver and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with surveys for couples who did not book.
- Attend external wedding showcase events to represent the venue.
- Maintain accurate sales administration and reporting.
- Contribute to team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
